Business Access Plan

Essential Legal Protection to Start With Confidence

Just getting started? Business Access gives you a lawyer to call for the decisions that matter most in the early days – without paying for ongoing counsel you don’t need yet.

Business Access Plan for new Texas businesses

Who it’s for

Built for a business just getting off the ground

Business Access fits solopreneurs, new LLCs, and small nonprofits or churches just starting out – when you need clear answers to a few important questions, not a full legal department.

What’s included

Your monthly legal support

Every Business Access subscription includes:

  • Review of one document (up to 10 pages)
  • 10% off additional hourly work

Why a subscription

Call early, not after it’s expensive

Hourly billing quietly discourages the one thing that protects a business: asking early. A flat monthly rate removes that hesitation.

Transparent pricing

A clear, predictable monthly fee with no hidden charges – so you can plan with confidence.

Practical, responsive guidance

We explain your options in plain language and stay responsive. You work directly with our team, not a call center.

A firm that knows you

Ongoing support lets us learn your business and goals, so our guidance gets more useful over time.

How it works

Getting started is simple

1

Enroll online

Choose Business Access Plan and set up your monthly plan in a few minutes.

2

Kickoff call

We learn your business, your goals, and what’s coming up – so we’re ready when you call.

3

Ongoing support

Reach out before you sign, hire, or expand. Guidance stays a phone call away.

Questions

Before you enroll

What if I need more help than the plan includes?

Additional work is billed hourly at a reduced rate – Business Access members receive 10% off additional hourly work beyond the plan.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. As your needs grow or settle, you can move to a plan that fits. We’ll help you pick the right level of support.

When does billing start, and can I cancel?

Billing begins when you enroll and recurs monthly. You can cancel going forward at any time; the plan simply ends at the close of your billing cycle.

Is this page legal advice?

No. This is a general overview of the service and is educational in nature. It isn’t legal advice, and enrolling doesn’t create an attorney-client relationship until we’ve confirmed scope and signed an engagement.
