Subscription General Counsel does not automatically include litigation, court appearances, contested matters, complex tax representation, bankruptcy filings, or any matter outside the agreed scope of representation. If your business needs services beyond your plan, we will discuss whether they can be handled separately or whether a referral makes sense.
